Start ups

Alongside the programme, the conference offers small start-ups whose activities contribute directly to moving air transport towards a sustainable model the opportunity to showcase their activity in an 80 m² room at the conference centre capable of comfortably accommodating 12 « mini-stands».

«Mini-stands»

These «mini-stands» will be open to conference participants, particularly during the intersession break on 19 November.

The aim is twofold

  • To recognise the contribution made by small start-ups to the innovation ecosystem, alongside large industrial groups, SMEs, operators and research organisations;
  • To enable a selection of 12 of them to showcase to other stakeholders the originality of their contributions and their potential.

Register for the conference to submit your proposal.

Equipment provided

Each « mini stand» will consist of a table with two seats and a power supply.
Selected companies will be required to provide their own equipment (roll-up banner, laptop).

Submission guidelines

The application process takes place entirely online:

  1. Company details
    The applicant must provide their company name, website address, date of creation and number of employees.
  2. Submission of an analysis of the relevance of the activity
    The applicant shall submit a short note (maximum one page) explaining how their company’s activities are relevant to the conference themes, including any references they consider useful.
  3. Assessment and selection
    From among the proposals received during conference registration, the Programme Committee will select 12 start-ups, taking into account:
    • the relevance of the activity to the conference themes;
    • the originality of the company’s business and its initial results.
    While applying these criteria, the Programme Committee will endeavour to achieve, as far as possible, in its final selection:
    • a balance between different types of activities;
    • an international balance.

Why should you submit a proposal for presenting your start-up?

Presenting your start-up at the conference means:

  • showcasing your company, its business and its potential within the international ecosystem;
  • benefiting from an ideal setting for discussions with partners and potential clients.
